Kajabi pricing (2026)

The three Kajabi plans from $143 to $499 a month, what changes as you climb, the fee details behind no revenue share, and the trial and refund terms before you enter a card.

Kajabi's pricing looks simple on the plan cards and has a few details worth knowing before you commit. This is the full picture, verified against Kajabi's own pricing page on 30 September 2026, including the annual discount, the fee structure, and what the trial and money-back guarantee actually cover.

Kajabi pricing, plan by plan

Kajabi has no free plan. Its 2026 plans run from $143 a month on Basic (billed annually, or $179 month to month) up to $499 on Pro, with a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Kajabi takes no cut of your sales; you pay only card processing fees.

PlanMonthlyYearlyWhat you get
Basic$179$1432,500 contacts, 5 products, 1 website, 1 community, 2 admin users. Unlimited landing pages, funnels and marketing emails. Kajabi Payments card fee 2.9% + $0.30.
Growth$249$19925,000 contacts, 50 products, 11 admin users, advanced automations, affiliate programs, 500 AI credits and the option to remove Kajabi branding.
Pro$499$399100,000 contacts, unlimited products, 3 websites, 3 communities, 26 admin users, custom code editor, API access and a branded mobile app (a $199/mo value).

What actually changes as you climb

Basic at $143 a month billed annually is a real plan, not a teaser: unlimited landing pages, funnels and marketing emails, one website and one community. What it caps is scale and automation, at 2,500 contacts, 5 products and 2 admin users, with no advanced automations or affiliate program.

Growth at $199 is the step most growing businesses take. It raises contacts to 25,000 and products to 50, adds advanced automations and an affiliate program, includes 500 monthly AI credits, and lets you remove Kajabi branding. Pro at $399 removes the product limit entirely, adds up to three websites and communities, a custom code editor, API access and a branded mobile app that Kajabi lists as a $199 a month value on its own.

The fees, the trial and the refund terms

Kajabi has no free plan. To try it you start a free trial, and a 30-day money-back guarantee covers a paid charge if you cancel within 30 days, so between the two you can build a product and test it before you are locked in.

On fees, Kajabi takes no platform revenue share, which is the important part: it does not skim a percentage of your sales the way some checkout tools do. What you pay is card processing, 2.9% plus 30 cents on Basic, dropping to 2.7% on Pro through Kajabi Payments. Use a third-party processor other than PayPal and Kajabi adds a fee of its own, from 2% on Basic to 0.5% on Pro, so Kajabi Payments is usually the cheaper route. Contact overages are handled in blocks of 25,000 for $125 a month rather than a forced upgrade.

Is it worth the money?

The short version of the value case, before you commit a card.

What works

  • The course, membership and coaching tools are the best in the category. Structured lessons and modules, drip scheduling, assessments, certificates and cohorts are all built in, and reviewers consistently rate the delivery experience as the most polished of any platform here. If your product is knowledge, this is the core job done properly.
  • It really is one platform. Courses, communities, email and automations, landing pages, funnels and a checkout share one login and one contact database, so your student list, your emails and your sales reporting all line up without plugins or a Zapier chain that breaks.
  • Kajabi takes no revenue share. Whatever your customers pay, you keep, minus only the card processing fee. That matters at volume, because a platform that skims a percentage of every sale can cost far more than a flat subscription once you are selling steadily.
  • The checkout handles the things that lift revenue: one-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans, plus upsells, downsells and order bumps, with automated tax calculation built in.
  • Pro adds a branded mobile app in the app stores, which Kajabi lists at a $199 a month value, so an established creator can put their courses and community in a native app without hiring a developer.

What to watch

  • Price is the number-one complaint. Kajabi starts at $143 a month billed annually, or $179 month to month, and climbs to $499 on Pro. The most detailed 2026 review found pricing escalation was the single most common thing users complained about.
  • There is no free plan, and the entry Basic plan is capped at 2,500 contacts, 5 products and 2 admin users. Growth, at $199 a month billed annually, is where advanced automations, affiliate programs and branding removal arrive, so the real working plan often costs more than the entry sticker.
  • Support draws consistent criticism. Independent reviews report slow or unresolved tickets, and one flags a poor BBB standing with unanswered complaints. When a launch breaks, a fast answer is not guaranteed.
  • It is more than a beginner needs. If you only want to host and sell a single course, you are paying for communities, funnels, an email platform and an affiliate system you may not touch yet. Course-only tools cost a fraction of this.
  • Third-party payment processors cost extra. Kajabi takes no revenue share, but if you use an outside processor other than PayPal instead of Kajabi Payments, it adds a fee of 2% on Basic, falling to 0.5% on Pro, on top of the processor's own charge.
