Systeme.io pricing (2026)
The free plan, the three paid tiers, what each contact limit gets you, and when it is worth upgrading.
Systeme.io's pricing is one of the simplest in this category. Four tiers, priced mainly by how many contacts you store, and the same core tools on all of them. This is the full picture, verified against Systeme.io's own pricing page on 29 September 2026.
Systeme.io pricing, plan by plan
Systeme.io has a permanent free plan and three paid tiers, priced mainly by how many contacts you hold.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 affiliate program, 1 custom domain, 2,000 contacts. No card. |
| Startup | $17 | $170 | 10 funnels, 10 automation rules, 3 custom domains, 5,000 contacts. |
| Webinar | $47 | $470 | 50 funnels, 100 automation rules, 10 custom domains, 10,000 contacts, evergreen webinars. |
| Unlimited | $97 | $970 | Unlimited funnels, contacts, automation rules and domains, plus early access to new features. |
What actually changes between plans
Almost everything is shared. Every tier, free included, sends unlimited emails, stores unlimited files, adds no fees to your sales, and includes the funnel builder, course tool, blog, CRM, booking calendar and affiliate program. What you pay for is headroom: more contacts, more funnels, more automation rules and more custom domains as you climb.
Two things are gated higher up. Evergreen webinars arrive on the Webinar plan at $47. The one-on-one kickstart coaching call and the free done-for-you migration come with the Unlimited plan at $97. Paying yearly costs ten months for the year on every tier.
The one number to watch
It is your contact count. Because plans are sized by contacts, the trigger to upgrade is usually list growth, not a feature you are missing. The free plan holds 2,000 contacts, Startup 5,000, Webinar 10,000, and Unlimited removes the cap.
When the free plan stops being enough
Most people who search for Systeme.io's price are really asking whether they can stay on the free plan. Usually the answer is yes, for a while. The free plan is genuinely usable for a first funnel, a lead magnet and a small list.
Three things push people off it. The first is contacts: once your list passes 2,000, Startup at $17 is the next step. The second is funnels: the free plan caps you at three, so a business running several offers outgrows it quickly. The third is evergreen webinars, which only appear on the $47 Webinar plan. If none of those apply, there is no reason to pay yet, and that is a fair thing for a vendor to allow.
Agencies and consultants who manage client accounts are the group that jumps to Unlimited at $97, for the removed caps and the free migration. If you also want to resell the platform under your own brand, Systeme.io quotes white-label pricing separately, so ask their team rather than assume a public number.
Is it worth the money?
The short version of the value case, before you commit a card.
What works
- The free plan is genuinely free and permanent: 2,000 contacts, three sales funnels, a course, a blog and unlimited email sends, with no card and no time limit. Most tools this broad charge from day one.
- One login covers what a small business actually does: funnels, an email tool, a course, a simple website, a blog, a booking calendar and your own affiliate program, so you stop paying for and wiring together four separate tools.
- Zero fees on your sales, on every plan, free included. Systeme.io takes nothing on top of Stripe or PayPal, which is rare among funnel platforms.
- It is built to be simple. Reviewers consistently call the editor easy to learn, and a first funnel can go live in an hour from a template with no code or hosting to set up.
- The paid tiers are cheap. Startup is $17 and the top self-serve plan is $97, less than the entry price of several single-purpose competitors.
What to watch
- The page editor and templates are the trade-off. Reviewers describe the templates as functional but forgettable and the builder as limited next to dedicated page tools, so pixel-level design control is not here.
- Split testing is basic. There are simple A/B tests on funnel pages, but nothing like the server-side or multivariate testing a serious paid-traffic team leans on.
- Support is email and chat only, and reviewers report slow replies. One waited three days on an automation question, and others describe waits of 12 to 19 hours.
- Everything is hosted on Systeme.io's servers, not your own, and the blog and SEO tooling is basic, so it is a weak fit for content-led sites and large ecommerce with complex inventory.
- Email runs on shared IP infrastructure, which is fine for most senders but can become a ceiling at high monthly volumes.
