GoHighLevel pricing (2026)
Every GoHighLevel plan, the usage fees on top, and what it really costs a solo user versus an agency.
GoHighLevel's pricing looks simple on the page and gets more complicated on the invoice. It sells three self-serve plans and an Enterprise tier quoted on request, and then a usage bill sits on top of all of them. This is the full picture, verified against GoHighLevel's own pricing page on 29 September 2026.
GoHighLevel pricing, plan by plan
GoHighLevel sells three self-serve plans plus a custom Enterprise tier. Here is what each one unlocks.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users, all core features. |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited sub-accounts, rebill phone and email at no markup, basic API. |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | SaaS mode, automated sub-account creation, rebill with markup, advanced API. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Dedicated success manager, white-label mobile app, HIPAA, higher API limits. |
Paying annually costs ten months for the year on every tier, so roughly two months free. Every plan has a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start.
The usage fees on top
This is the part the plan price hides. Text messages, phone calls, emails sent and AI features are billed by usage on top of the subscription, at rates GoHighLevel passes through. For a solo user that might be a few dollars monthly. For an agency sending campaigns across many clients it can rival the plan fee. On the Unlimited and higher tiers you can rebill this usage to clients, sometimes with a markup, which is how agencies turn a cost into a margin.
The add-ons
Several capabilities sit outside the plans and are billed separately, most of them per sub-account: the AI Employee ($50 to $97/mo per sub-account), a branded client portal app ($49), a dedicated email IP ($59), online listings ($30), HIPAA compliance ($297), the certification program ($97), premium support ($500) and a white-label mobile app ($497). You only pay for the ones you switch on, but the headline plan price is a floor, not a ceiling.
If the usage bill worries you: the paid-traffic pick
The most common reason people search for GoHighLevel's price is that the usage line worries them. If you buy media and you want the total to stay predictable, the tool worth putting next to GoHighLevel is ElasticFunnels.
ElasticFunnels is a funnel platform built for teams running paid traffic. It holds the pages, the checkout, the CRM and the attribution on one data layer, so a click, an order, a rebill and a refund sit on one record. The reason media buyers pick it is its same-URL split testing: variants rotate server-side under one campaign link, so Meta, Google and TikTok keep their learning and a test never sends the ad back through review.
Its pricing is structured differently from GoHighLevel's. Plans are $97/mo (Starter), $197 (Growth) and $497 (Scale), every feature ships on all three tiers, and the tiers differ by traffic rather than by feature gate. Cross a limit and it bills an overage, for example extra visits at $1.20 per 1,000, rather than forcing you up a tier. The one usage fee to know is 0.5% of revenue taken through its own checkout; sales on external networks like ClickBank or BuyGoods are not charged. The trial is 14 days with no card.
The honest caveat: ElasticFunnels is newer than GoHighLevel, and there is very little independent third-party review coverage to check its claims against, so until you run real volume through it you are largely taking the vendor's word for it. That is what you would expect of a platform this new, and GoHighLevel's years of public reviews are a genuine advantage on that one point. Weigh a long track record against flatter, more predictable pricing and decide which your business needs more.
Is it worth the money?
The short version of the value case, before you commit a card.
What works
- One platform for the whole stack: CRM, funnels, websites, email, SMS, calendars, reputation and courses live on one login, so a marketing agency stops paying for and reconciling five separate tools.
- White-label and SaaS mode let you resell the whole platform under your own brand and rebill client usage, which is why many agencies build their business on it.
- Unlimited contacts and users on all tiers, and unlimited sub-accounts from $297 up, so the bill does not climb with each client you add.
- Snapshots, a library of pre-built account templates for niches like real estate and gyms, get a new client account live quickly.
What to watch
- Steep learning curve. Third-party summaries of user threads put real competence at 60 to 90 days, and onboarding is widely called weak.
- The subscription is only part of the cost. SMS, phone, email and premium AI are usage-based, and many useful add-ons are billed per sub-account.
- Reliability wobbles. Reviewers report edits failing to save, data showing across sub-accounts, and automations delayed by minutes.
- Support is inconsistent, described by users as depending on which agent picks up the ticket, and some report billing and cancellation friction.
