Agency cost calculator

Enter a client roster and see what each platform's subscription comes to per client account.

Four platforms

By Marta Ovalle, reviewed by Funnel Critic Editorial. Updated 20 October 2026.

The fourth client pushes GoHighLevel agency pricing from Starter up to Unlimited. Starter holds three sub-accounts. Unlimited keeps every client after that on one subscription. Divide that bill by the roster and you have the GoHighLevel cost per client.

This figure is the published subscription, divided by the roster you enter. Phone, SMS, email sending, premium AI, payment processing and tax are separate bills. The retainer you charge each client is separate from this subscription.

Work out the cost per client account

The fields are filled with the worked example further down. Whole numbers only.

Used for Systeme.io and ClickFunnels. Leave blank to skip the contact cap.

ElasticFunnels only. Leave blank to price brands and seats.

Billing

Your estimate appears here once the page has loaded. The same default roster is written out in the next section, so the figures are on the page either way.

How this number is calculated

An estimate of the subscription. Texts, calls and AI are billed separately.

Four groups of folder shapes: three folders stopped by a bar, a long row of folders under one coin, a grid of workspace squares, and brand tags beside a gauge.

Contacts and seats do not change the GoHighLevel plan. Starter already includes unlimited contacts and users. The plan changes when you go past three sub-accounts, or when you tick Agency Pro. Systeme.io sets its price from your contact total. ClickFunnels needs enough workspaces for the clients and, when you enter contacts, a cap that covers that total. ElasticFunnels needs enough brands, and it also checks page views and team seats when those fields are filled.

A year costs the same as ten months at GoHighLevel and at Systeme.io. ClickFunnels' annual prices are the ones that match the savings printed on its cards. ElasticFunnels charges the annual price as one payment. Agency Pro is listed only by the month.

Tool Published plans What moves it
GoHighLevel Starter $97 a month ($970 a year) includes 3. Unlimited $297 ($2,970 a year) has no cap. Agency Pro $497 a month adds SaaS mode. A fourth sub-account moves you to Unlimited
Systeme.io Free to 2,000 contacts. Startup $17 ($170 a year) to 5,000. Webinar $47 ($470 a year) to 10,000. Unlimited $97 ($970 a year) after that. The contact total sets the plan
ClickFunnels Launch $97 ($970 a year): 1 workspace, 10,000 contacts. Scale $197 ($1,970): 5 and 75,000. Optimize $297 ($2,970): 10 and 150,000. Dominate $5,997 a year: 20 and 400,000. The workspace cap, then the contact cap
ElasticFunnels Starter $97 ($937 a year): 3 brands, 50,000 page views, 10 seats. Growth $197 ($1,891): 10 brands, 250,000 page views, 20 seats. Scale $497 ($4,771): unlimited brands and seats, 500,000 page views. The fourth brand, the eleventh, or the view cap

A worked example: 20 clients

Twenty client accounts, 40,000 contacts in total and two seats, billed monthly, with Agency Pro left off. These are the numbers already in the form.

GoHighLevel stays on Unlimited, so the subscription works out to $14.85 for each of those accounts.

The contact total exceeds Systeme.io's 10,000 tier, which puts that account on Unlimited at $4.85 per client account. On Systeme.io the bill follows contacts, and extra sub-accounts do not add a platform fee.

Twenty workspaces are more than Optimize allows, so the plan is Dominate. That plan is billed once for the year. Spread over twelve months and twenty workspaces, that is $24.99 per client account.

Scale is the ElasticFunnels plan once the roster passes 10 brands, which at this size comes to $24.85 per client account. Two seats are allowed on every ElasticFunnels plan. In this example the number of brands is what sets the tier.

My take: judge the roster by that share, then ask whether usage or a workspace cap will dwarf it. A long client list on a flat subscription can look cheap per account. Texts and calls can still cost more than that share. A short list can be cheaper on a first plan that already holds several clients than on a tool whose first plan holds one.

What each platform counts as a client account

Four meters, and only one of them is a price per head.

GoHighLevel

The GoHighLevel homepage, headlined The AI-powered business operating system, with counters for AI voice calls, leads generated and sales facilitated.

A client lives in a sub-account. Once you go past the Starter allowance, Unlimited is a single subscription, and each new client takes a smaller slice of it. Users and contacts do not change it. The pricing FAQ says you can add as many clients as you want on Unlimited without the software cost rising.

Systeme.io

The Systeme.io homepage, headlined Your platform for sales funnels, email marketing and online courses, noting it powers 500,000+ entrepreneurs and is free forever with no credit card.

Every plan can open unlimited sub-accounts, and each one inherits the parent plan's limits with no extra fee for the account itself. For an agency, the Systeme.io price is set by the contact tier. The pricing FAQ describes those tiers on the main account. It does not say whether the contacts are one shared pool or a fresh allowance inside each sub-account, so you enter one total for the whole plan.

ClickFunnels

The ClickFunnels homepage, with the headline "You're one funnel away from changing the world", an email sign-up field and a Get Started button, above tabs for Your Funnel, Your Store, Your CRM, Your Email Marketing and Your Online Courses.

ClickFunnels separates clients into workspaces. The pricing page also calls a workspace a sub-account. The contact allowance belongs to the plan and is shared across those workspaces, rather than reset for each one. Dominate is the public plan for a roster that has outgrown Optimize, and it is sold by the year only.

ElasticFunnels

The ElasticFunnels homepage, headlined The sales funnel builder for paid traffic, over a subhead about building a page, split testing it under one URL and taking the order across your MIDs.

ElasticFunnels is a funnel platform for teams running paid traffic: the pages, same-URL split testing, the checkout, a CRM and attribution on one data layer. In this calculator a client is a brand, and page views are a second limit. Bot and datacenter traffic does not count toward the page-view limit. Plans differ by those limits, and every feature is on every plan.

It is newer than the platforms beside it here, and there is very little independent review coverage to check its claims against. Until you run real volume through it, you are largely taking the vendor's word. The team has been building it since 2023, and a new customer can try it for 14 days without a credit card.

What this estimate leaves out

GoHighLevel states that usage-based charges apply. Phone, SMS, emails sent and premium AI are added on top of the subscription. An AI employee and a client portal cost extra when you add them.

Adding a markup when you pass phone and SMS costs on to clients requires Agency Pro. Agency owners in a public thread report that Unlimited cannot add that markup. Agency Pro includes SaaS mode and automated sub-account creation.

Page views past the top ElasticFunnels allowance are a separate overage, at $1.20, $1.00 or $0.80 per 1,000, depending on the plan. The form stops at the subscription.

Kartra, Leadpages, Unbounce and Kajabi are not priced here. Their published plans do not meter a separate client account the way these four do.

For contacts, sends or traffic on a single brand, use the funnel tool cost calculator. The six-question picker names a tool for the job you describe.

Frequently asked questions

What is the GoHighLevel cost per client at 5, 20 and 50 clients on Unlimited?
Five client accounts on Unlimited come to $59.40 each. Fifty come to $5.94 each. Twenty is the roster in the example above, which already shows that share.
Does Systeme.io charge per sub-account?
You pay the one plan. Opening another client inside it does not add a second subscription. A higher contact total is what moves Free, Startup, Webinar and Unlimited.
When does ClickFunnels force a higher plan for more clients?
When the next client no longer fits the workspace allowance in the table above. Past the last public plan, the form has no price to show.
Is this a quote for my retainer?
No. Your client price is up to you. The figure here is only the platform subscription, divided evenly across the accounts you entered.
Does annual billing change which GoHighLevel plan you need?
Annual billing changes the amount due. The plan you qualify for stays the same. Starter and Unlimited show a year price in the table. Agency Pro keeps its monthly price on that setting too.
