Kartra pricing (2026)

The four Kartra plans from $59 to $549 a month, what changes as you climb, the transaction-fee catch on the entry tier, and the trial and refund terms before you enter a card.

By Marta Ovalle, reviewed by Funnel Critic Editorial. Prices verified 29 September 2026.

Kartra recently restructured its plans into four tiers, and the entry price looks lower than it used to. This is the full picture, verified against Kartra's own pricing page on 29 September 2026, including the catch on the cheapest plan and what the trial and money-back guarantee actually cover.

Kartra pricing, plan by plan

Kartra has no free plan. Its plans run from $59 a month on Essentials to $549 on Professional, all billed in USD, with a 14-day trial and a 30-day refund window if you change your mind.

PlanMonthlyYearlyWhat you get
Essentials$59$52500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 course or membership, Kartra AI (30 uses), checkouts and the funnel mapper. Charges a 5% transaction fee on sales.
Starter$119$992,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and courses, unlimited email and SMS, 0% fees, video hosting, calendars, 5 team members and Kartra AI (100 uses).
Growth$229$18912,500 contacts, 3 domains, funnel simulation, automations, affiliate management, surveys and quizzes, helpdesk support and 10 team members. The most popular tier.
Professional$549$42925,000 contacts, 5 domains, real-time funnel analytics, helpdesk live chat, API access and advanced automations.

What actually changes as you climb

The jump that matters most is from Essentials to Starter. Essentials at $59 is capped: 500 contacts, 5 pages, one product and one course, and it charges a 5% transaction fee on your sales. Starter at $119 removes those caps, giving unlimited pages, products and courses, unlimited email and SMS, 0% fees, video hosting and calendars. That is the plan most Kartra businesses actually run on.

Growth at $229 is the next real step. It adds the tools that make Kartra a business platform rather than a page-and-email tool: marketing automations, affiliate management, funnel simulation, surveys and quizzes, and helpdesk support. Professional at $549 is for larger operations that need real-time funnel analytics, API access, advanced automations and live chat. Paying annually saves up to about 22% on any tier.

The trial, the fees and the refund terms

Kartra has no free plan. To try it you start a 14-day trial. The number people search for as a 'Kartra 30-day free trial' is not free access; it is the 30-day money-back guarantee, which lets you cancel within 30 days of a charge and ask for your money back. Between the trial and that guarantee you have room to build a real funnel and decide.

Two fee details matter. First, transaction fees: only the entry Essentials plan charges 5% on your sales; Starter and up are 0%, so if you sell at any volume, Starter pays for itself against the fee alone. Second, currency: Kartra bills in USD and does not accept PayPal for its own subscription, though your own customers can still pay you by PayPal at your checkout. Kartra says its plans are flat-rate, with no surprise usage fees on storage or email sends.

As with any annual plan, set a reminder before your renewal date and confirm a cancellation went through, especially given the support delays long-term users report.

Is it worth the money?

The short version of the value case, before you commit a card.

What works

  • One platform genuinely replaces the stack. You get pages and funnels, email and SMS, checkout, memberships, courses, a calendar, a helpdesk and an affiliate program on one login, and because they share one database the data joins up. Reviewers single out the detailed analytics and how convenient built-in affiliate management and payments are once everything sits in one place.
  • Checkout and memberships are strong for selling knowledge. The checkout takes upsells, coupons and several payment processors, and the membership and course tools host your content and drip it out. For a coach selling a course or a membership, that is the core job done without plugins.
  • No transaction fees on the main plans. From Starter up, Kartra charges 0% on your sales, so the platform is not skimming a cut of every order the way some checkout tools do. Only the entry Essentials plan carries a 5% fee.
  • It is genuinely no-code, with templates and AI. The drag-and-drop builders, more than 100 done-for-you campaigns and Kartra AI mean a non-technical creator can get a funnel, emails and a checkout live in a few hours rather than wiring separate tools together.
  • Real safety nets to try it. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can build a real funnel and see whether the platform holds up before you are locked in.

What to watch

  • Bugs across the builders are the top complaint. Long-term reviewers describe a page builder that malfunctions, constant logouts and glitches across the email, page and membership tools. It is usable, but expect rough edges, and some reviewers feel updates polish the surface while core problems linger.
  • Support is slow. The other recurring complaint is support: long waits on live chat, tickets left unanswered for days, and no phone or Zoom line. When something breaks mid-launch, a fast answer is hard to get.
  • It is overkill for beginners. Kartra bundles eight to twelve tools, and if you only need one or two you still pay for and navigate all of them. Reviewers repeatedly say beginners find it overwhelming, and point them at simpler, cheaper tools. The value lands for established businesses that use most of the bundle.
  • The entry plan is thin and carries a fee. The new $59 Essentials plan looks cheap, but it caps you at 500 contacts and 5 pages and charges a 5% transaction fee. To get unlimited pages, 0% fees and video hosting you are on Starter at $119, and automations and affiliates only arrive on Growth at $229.
  • You are hosted on Kartra, and pages do not export. Everything lives on Kartra's servers, and pages built there do not move cleanly to another tool. If you leave, budget rebuild time. Your contacts export as a CSV file; your pages do not.
