The ThriveCart lifetime deal is still available
You probably heard a one-time price, then saw monthly plans and wondered whether the license was an outdated offer. ThriveCart's pricing announcement says the lifetime option is still available. Monthly billing was added for people who want to pay over time. Customers who already have an account keep the plan they are on.
Both ways of paying are current. The one-time price is the lifetime option in the table on this page. The costly mistake is buying that license and later learning that affiliate tools, failed-payment recovery and extra bumps require Pro+.
Standard includes the bump. Pro+ includes affiliates
Standard is the checkout plan. The homepage lists one order bump, one-click upsells and downsells, checkout A/B tests, ThrivePages, subscriptions, unlimited products and funnels, and ThriveCart Academy Starter. Academy Starter is the reason the account includes lessons as well as checkout. This review looks at the order bump, the one-click upsell and the fee ThriveCart takes on a sale.
Pro+ is the higher plan on that same page. It lists the affiliate center with automated payouts, subscription dunning, multiple order bumps, custom domains and advanced subscription reporting. ThriveCart's support article offers Pro+ as a yearly add-on for people who already own lifetime Standard. That add-on is its own line in the table. If your launch pays affiliates, or you need the cart to follow up on a failed subscription payment, include Pro+ in the budget before you buy Standard. The license does not include those features.
For email and a member site, use another tool
A tool built only for checkout is a weak choice for a weekly newsletter and a membership site. The Kartra review and the Systeme.io review cover platforms that combine email, a membership area and checkout in one login. A buyer comparing Kartra with ThriveCart said the monthly cost adds up. That comment is about paying for several tools every month.
If the offer needs several pages, with checkout as one of those pages, read the ClickFunnels review. If you want a second hosted checkout, and order bumps are on its higher plan, read SamCart vs ThriveCart. The methodology page explains how vendor pages and user reports are read.
